Preschoolers meet in a classroom in the Mary Ruth Garner Children's Center. Weekly Bible story lessons are age appropriate and developmentally appropriate. The classroom furnishings are child-sized with a restroom attached to the classroom. Rooms are equipped with appropriate toys and books to promote fun and safe activities.
For children grades Kindergarten through 4th, this fun, lively worship and Christian education time is offered from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. It consists of a weekly Bible story and lesson, Bible verse memory challenges, life-application, "Bible Blow Out" and games. Children are encouraged to participate in take-home activities to promote family involvement.
"Christian Couch Potatoes" so-called because they love the couches in their meeting room. They also love to go and do things to help others.
* Special summer programming takes place June through mid-August. Promotion Sunday, when youth are promoted to their next grade-level class, is celebrated in August each year.
