*CROSS Training is an
Award-Winning Program

NWA CROSS Training Youth Ministry has been recognized as one of five youth ministries within our denomination for excellent youth ministry and leadership development.  Two years ago our church and FCC of Bentonville decided to do youth ministry together and share resources to be more effective. FCC is excited that what God is doing here, with the youth ministry of our churches, will be used as a model for other churches around the country.

CROSS Training has a group of adult volunteers that are second to none. These adults give so much of their time and energy to help our students learn about our Lord and grow deeper in their relationship with God.  The adult leaders for CROSS Training are: Brenda Button, and from Bentonville: Wendi Phillips, Brian Phillips and Loy Hoskins. Their love and passion for youth ministry is the driving force behind the program's success.
